User Experience | Digital Product Designer
People first, Design follows.
Dao
My humble journey began over 6 years ago as an Editorial Designer while studying Business Administration. Since then, I’ve evolved into a Multidisciplinary Designer.
For the past 3+ years, I’ve focused on User Experience, using empathy and research to create functional, visually compelling solutions with lasting impact.

The Art and Science Behind My Design
Design is where creativity meets strategy, and my journey has been shaped by both art and science. I tend to ask a lot of questions to get as much information as possible, until I can paint an overview picture of what or who I'm catering my design to.
I might have annoyed my dad more more than a dozen occasions for asking everything I didn't know (sorry dad!).
My wide-ranging skill set is rooted in a passion for solving complex problems and a deep understanding of what makes products truly resonate with people.
The art and science behind my design come together to create a holistic approach that brings value to businesses. By combining strategic business insight with a deep understanding of users and a passion for visual storytelling, I craft solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations. This blend of skills allows me to offer a unique perspective that is both creative and strategic, ensuring that every design I produce is impactful and aligned with the goals of the business.
From my early experiences in editorial design to my focused work in User Experience, I’ve developed a versatile toolkit that allows me to create designs that are not only visually compelling but also strategically sound.
My crayons and canvas
I'm comfortable with just a pen and a piece of paper, I would be overjoyed with a huge white board and colorful markers. But I can't call myself a Digital Designer without knowing how to use digital tools.
Business Insight
My Business Administration background gives me a solid understanding of how design drives business success. I approach each project strategically, aligning design with business goals while delivering excellent user experiences. This combination of business insight and design expertise helps me create innovative, effective solutions.
